Does anyone have success using the sport protien after a workout. If so what kind of a workout, after 90+ of hot yoga I don't know what to take especially if it is later in the evening.

Hi Louise.

I dont know if you received the answer for this, but I have a riguous workout routine, spin 3 times a week, weights, boot camps, running and yoga. I use the Sport Performance Protein after every workout. What I found helpful is to pre-make my drink with fresh frozen fruit. So example I love to cut up a watermelon put it in the freeze with a ton of frozen banana's and that morning when I am pre-making my drinks I throw the Performance Protein in the blender w/ some water and the frozen fruit of my choice and their I have an all natural protein shake, so much better than "Smothie King"! LOL :)
