I had my first dose of Vega Sport on the weekend just prior to doing a short 6km trail run. The thing I found was there was a lot less pain during recovery and less muscle cramping etc. In addition to pre-workout I am going to using Vega Sport to curb my Starbucks addiction, quad shot lattes, and venti brewed coffee with 2 shots of espresso get pricey. Hoping that the other benifits are more than monetary with Sport
Hello there. I'm new to Vega Sport and have not tried it yet but it was highly recommended as a replacement for GU. I follow GU instructions and usually eat one pre-race and then have one every 5 miles in half marathon or every six miles for full marathon. What's suggested use for Vega Sport during long runs/during races and which is better during a run, performance protein or performance optimizer?
I have a question about this..i recevied it when i ordered the berry WFHO and i added it to 1 cup of water but it didnt mix too well and tasted kinda grainy what should i do about this??
