now a serving has less protein, less maca, less chlorella, and only 50% of vitamins and minerals- i'm disappointed as i mainly use this as a reconstruction meal after my recovery drink for intense work outs- even if i dbl a serving it still has less maca and less chlorella and i assume it will be the same price so if you dbl you will be getting 5 less servings a tub- i hope its 1/3 cheaper otherwise i'll be trying to buy up all the old ones
anyone else feel that we will be paying the same price for less?

Permalink Reply by Jessica on April 21, 2012 at 10:38am Yes I agree that they must really not understand their customers with this new "upgrade" of Vega WFHO. I will cry myself to sleep with my now empty Vega WFHO bottle. I have been using Vega WFHO for over 2 years and I have tried the new Vega One, and I very much dislike the new taste (chocolate). I do not like the new taste of Vega One so much so that I can not enjoy it, and will be looking for an alternative. Please Sequel bring back the precious, energy-giving, light-tasting Vega WFHO that we have grown to love so dearly!!

i am looking at alternatives now. i was willing to put up with the price when i knew i was getting a good product.
why did they NOT try to understand the reasons that their customers are paying big bucks for the product?
I think this change really shows that they don't understand the consumers. not a single bit.
Hi CWFHO lovers,
Just a reminder before they sell out that iHerb is selling their remaining large containers of all 4 flavors of CWFHO for $45 USD. So check it out at iHerb.com and please consider using my referral code which is:
KOR210
You will also receive $10 off if you spend more than $40 or $5 off if you spend less than $40 if this is your first ever order from iHerb. Also free US shipping on orders over $20. Not a bad deal. At least you may be able to stock up to last through the year.
Thanks Kathleen
I have placed an order and also ordered a pot of Garden of Life, RAW Meal, Beyond Organic Meal Replacement Formula - I will see what that one is like as its much cheaper too - and I am really peeved about the Vega ONE - such a rip off!

Will miss this great product.
Permalink Reply by Beth Wallace on November 11, 2012 at 4:56pm I have been reading all of the posts and can only add this: I actually developed IBS or something ( quite severe and am in the process of getting tests done). Just before I suddenly developed this condition I had the Whole Food Optimizer for a month and it was great. For several months I just ate my regular diet and became quite ill. Last month I had the Vega One and it was terrific for my digestion and my bowels- I mean terrific. This month I found some of the Optimizer online for sale and have been using it for several days and am cramping up. My digestion tract isn't happy whereas with the Vega One it was. I cannot comment about anything else but I noticed a big difference. I know that there are a lot of unhappy customers here and I get it. I am not a big fan of change myself and am so sick of greed but, at least for me, the Vega One is def easier to digest which is a good thing!

Permalink Reply by Adrienne on June 3, 2013 at 8:44am I'm leaving this whole line behind - ever since it was changed my satisfaction is gone. Garden of Life Raw Meal makes a better, more filling product that is raw. Sorry, Vega I loved you once.
