Vega decreases cortisol and improves sleep patterns

So I have been taking Vega consistently one or two times a day for almost a month...and I feel great! I have to say, though, that I find my sleep patterns changing the most. I attribute this to the maca and the digestive enzymes in the whole food optimizer. As I am an endurance athlete I produce a lot of cortisol on a regular basis. Cortisol is a stress hormone whose sister hormones are melatonin and growth hormone. I suspect that because my cortisol levels were so high I was having a hard time falling into deep sleep at night.
Well, since one month on Vega I sleep right through the night (a first is a VERY long time) and feel rested and amazing in the morning.

Here's a shout of to all you raw food athletes out there. Made a fabulous raw 'pasta' sauce yesterday.
1/2 cup sesame seeds (soaked)
1/2 cup sundried tomatoes
1 tbsp lemon juice
half red pepper
pinch of cayenne and paprika
himalayan sea salt or dulse as needed

Add all ingredients in a blender and whirl away. You may need to add a bit of water to help it mix together. Enjoy!!

That's great news! I too have noticed having more restful sleep since drinking vega on a regular basis.
That's awesome. I've noticed that my recovery is so much faster with Vega Whole Food Optimizer after workouts. I was wondering though, if you refrigerate your container or just keep it in a "cool" place!?

Thanks.
