I've found I can only take it when I do a morning workout for this very reason. You could try taking a smaller serving for your later in the day workouts. Let me know if that helps.
What's in this wonderful product that keeps me (and it sounds like several others) awake more than I'd like?
So I am going to be training for my first Duathalon and really want to try the Vega sport not those other chemical recovery/pre workout drinks for the gnc. I am a Diabetic is anyone out there using the vega sport Diabetic and is it working ok for you?
Thanks for letting me know it keeps you up I will have to move my workouts to closer in the morning.
