share. learn. thrive!

The first graduates are completing Thrive in 30 over the next week. You are the very first people to experience the program and we want your feedback. What was your favorite part? What other information would you like to see? Is 30 days enough? What was the most important thing you took away from Thrive in 30. What can we improve on?

Hey Kelly, I just signed up for the program right now and I am really looking forward to the first lesson. I was jumping around sites and articles and have felt quite overwhelmed, I had no idea where to start! Guessing this program is a pretty good place.
Thanks!
Hi there, I'm on lesson 6 and am really enjoying them. I find that there is so much good information presented and yet I never feel overwhelmed. It's written in such an easy to understand way. I'm trying to recover from a life of way too much stress and not enough physical activity. I'm so inspired by everything I'm reading here and may even become athletic one day, LOL Thank you so much!
gReat follow up to the books and information that is good to review over again
HI I just completed the Thrive in 30. Actually at the same time I was reading the Thrive diet. I used to do adventure racing and at that time considered how should I eat. It seemed to make sense that I would eat the most nutrient dense food. At that time, that meant whole foods including Chicken. I since have stopped eating meat and am soon headed to being a vegan. So it was a pleasure to hear that Brendon came up with the same conclusion that I did. But he took it much further into digestability, alkaline versus acidity, and information on various nutrition. I remain active and grapple, surf, mountain bike, and still benefit from more information, which I always am in search for. I think the lessons were good, similar to the book. The only area of improvment is improved video production. But overall good job and thank you

Jeff
im on lesson 12 wooo!!! ... loved the videos i bought the book online it will get here any minute now
i loved the videos so inspiring and educating
lesson six is awesome !!! and eleven !!! we alll should have vega for breakfast

have you had your vega?
I have the thrive diet book, and I have followed several of the directions. While I am not a vegan I enjoy the explanation of why the less processing is better for digetstions. I have finished the Thrive in 30 and I have just today signed up to the blog. As a marathoner, and training for my first Ironman (penticton 2009) I use the Complete whole food health optimizer and the sports drink. I also make my own energy bars for the recipe's in the book. Super easy and really tasty. I am making a slow gradual change to whole foods and I am loving the results so far.

I read Thrive last year and started my fitness and nutrition journey, actually just a month shy of a year now.  I signed up for the Thrive in 30, have completed watching all the lessons and I thought it was a great review.  Sometimes it's easier to watch a small clip than picking up a book you've already read!

Hi Kelly

Are you refering to the video segments? I have signed up for those and so far I think that they are great its like having Brendan as your personal guide/trainer.  I am on lesson 9 :)
