Hello everyone,
I had a question regarding bananas, and what i can sub for them in smoothies and/or pudding, due to being allergic. Any suggestions/hints would be greatly appreciated.

Permalink Reply by John Margerum on July 25, 2012 at 4:02pm IF your just asking a fruit to sub for bananas....Since you are trying to get a fruit with similar nutrition I suggest buy a bag of mixed frozen fruit...make certain no added sugar or preservatives. Sub a handful....and add some papaya or mango.
