Hello all! This is to anyone who can give me advice or tips in regards to a crossfit competition I am in this up coming weekend! It is 3 possibly 4(if you include finals) WOD's in one day and although it is team WOD's I am totally unsure of how to keep my body and muscles energized throughout without slowly dying lol! If anyone can help me with what to eat in between WOD's (I have about an hour to hour and a half in between each WOD then two hours between the last WOD and the final) that would be greatly appreciated!! Thank you!
