Hi Brendan! I've been using Vega products for about a month now (switched over from my usual Whey protein etc. protein powders) and will never go back! I love the products! On another note:) - I have a Crossfit competition coming up this Sunday and have to complete 3 possibly 4 WOD's in one day with about an hour rest in between, what should I be eating to ensure I stay energized throughout!? Any tips or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated, thank you!!
