"Smoothie" Infusion Mix vs. "Shake & Go Smoothie" mixes?

Hi. I just recently became aware of the Vega products and have gone out and gotten sample packs of the smoothie mixes and Health Optimizer mixes. So far........just tried out the Chocolate flavored Shake and Go smoothie mix with water........thought it was quite good by itself......sort of a choclatey-coconut flavor........will try adding a banana and fruit next time. Anyways...........I'm wondering if theres any significant difference in the content/nutritional value between the original "smoothie infusion" mix and the newer "Shake & Go smoothie mixes"? I looked on the back of the packs and they seem to be very similiar although the infusion mix is a 30 g. serving and the shake&go a 25 g. serving............however I'm not very knowlegable about nutrition and am wondering how they compare.

Hey Bruce,

While these two products are quite similar in content, the difference is in flavor and convenience. Smoothie Infusion is unflavored and designed to add a boost to your smoothie when blended with fruit. The new Shake & Go is packed with flavor – all on its own with water, making it an instant drink.

It may help you to think of Shake & Go Smoothie as more of a nutritious snack, Smoothie Infusion as a nutritional boost to your smoothie, and Whole Food Health Optimizer as a complete meal replacement.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions...

Jill
