Just wondering how Brendan feels about Shirataki noodles and whether or not they "fit into" the Thirive program.  I've never had them, but I am intrigued (only if they fit into the program).  Thanks!

Aren't those the noodles made from soy with approximately zero calories? I think you might do better with a raw zucchini noodle dish if you want a no-starch option. Shirataki noodles seem heavily processed. Buckwheat soba and brown rice pasta are very nourishing though, so enjoy them if you like pastsa!
I opt for zucchini noodles or Kelp noodles and sometimes a mix of both any time Im making a pasta meal.
I LOVE both .
I love too use both the kelp and zuchinni noodles together .... the great thing about kelp noodles is that they are raw - not processed and filled with great minerals ... they have a crunch without any flavour .. taking on wahtever you put with them ... the only thing is you must really rinse them well or they ahve a sea/ fishy kinda smell!!

one of my favourite salads is zuchinni spirals with kelp noodles, diced tomato , diced cucumber, mung bean sprouts and avocado ... then i sprinkle either a a few pumpkin seeds or hemp hearts or both!!! yummy ... no dressing needed!!
This sounds soo good! Im going to try mine like this :)
