Hello Brendan,
Do you (or does any other Vegan) check your PH level via urine or saliva tests? What is the normal level/range for a vegan?

In the Thrive Diet book, I do not read that you (Brendan) eat much in the way of fresh fruit, but on the DVD of yours that I watched recently, you stated that you do eat lots of fresh fruit and sometimes up to 10 bananas a day. On average, how many pieces of fresh fruit would you consume each day?

I ride my bike to work along roads that are quite congested with vehicular traffic. Can you suggest how to combat the toxic emissions that I assume I am breathing in?

Thank you in advance for your advice.

Hi Jennifer,
I personally do not check my pH. But I know some people who do, although that method of pH testing has not proven accurate.

Yes, I eat lots of fresh fruit. It’s the main source of carbohydrate in The Thrive Diet. I personally eat, I’d say, 15 pieces a day.

Yes. the Chlorella (ChlorEssence) in Vega is ideal for this and one of the main reason I included it in the formula. it does indeed help rid the body of toxins accumulated from less-than-ideal air quality.

Hope that helps,
Brendan
