Recovery Accelerator

I purchased some Recovery Accelerator from VitaminLife.com.  It's missing the plastic ring seal on the outside but has the inner seal intact.  I called them and they said that is how they received the product.  Previously when I bought recovery accelerator it had the plastic ring seal on the outside that you would have to tear off to unscrew the lid.  Has anyone else bought it like this?
