I trust that you are all well out there!
I am a newby to all of this. A friend mentioned Brendan Brazier and so here I am. I do a lot of rock climbing, running and weights. I am keen to buy his books and start reading. However, I am quite confused about why a couple of the books are doubled up or have a USA and a UK version. More specifically "Thrive Foods" vs "Whole Foods to Thrive", "Thrive the Vegan Nutrition Guide" vs The "Thrive Diet" and "Thrive Fitness" vs "Thrive Fitness" (UK version). Choices, choices....Can anyone help and advise which books to purchase?

If in the US, I suggest going on Amazon.com and buying his first book...read it first.....it will explain everything, give you plenty of recipies and a 12 week meal plan. You will buy Thrive, The Veban Nutrition Guide. It has a picture of him riding a bike on the cover.
