I am new to this and find eating well and making sure I am getting all the nutrients I need to be overwhelming. It has only been a week since I started taking WHFO and I enjoy the smoothies but I find the other two meals difficult, If you have any suggestions I would love to know how to overcome this

Thank you for the feedback. I think I am having a few problems getting all the required nutrients at all meals. When you say 2 shakes a day, do you mean 1 scoop each time? I have to admit sometimes I forget to eat, I know that is not very good. I am working on it...I do buy Brendan's WFHO protien bars and keep them around. When I started this change it was difficult, and then things started to look up and now I am getting discouraged again today

I think it becomes easy when you make sure you have protein, fat and good carbs in each meal.  If you just get a few favorite meals for days when you don't want to be creative...it helps.  Salads are easy.  I have 2 shakes a day...following the same formula...protein - fat and good carbs.  I also make protein bars on Sunday for the whole week...that is good for about 2 meals a day.  I can't get 6 meals a day because I get to full or run out of time: )  I have a goal of trying a new recipe each week.

This is what I have in my shake... 1/4 banana, 1 giant handful of spinach leaves, 1/4 avocado, 1/2 cup berries and 1 scoop of protein...  I rotate pea, soy and hemp.  I have the WFO as an easy shake and go supplement.  I also rotate my fats...instead of avocado I will have sprouted chia powder, flax seeds or oil or coconut oil.  Brendan's bars are really good....I just tried them, I am going to get some more and keep them on hand too.  Have you read Brendan's book?  There are a lot of good recipes in there. Can you take a vegan multi vitamin?  My insides are so happy with me...that is what gets me through discouraging days.  Tomorrow will be better.

Thank you for your advice on this. I have been taking WFHO at breakfast and then all the other nutrients throughout the day. Although I think I might need to watch and get all of them. I have not read Brendan's book yet but it is on my list of things to get. Thanks again, and today is a better day :)
