Hello, I'm a new vegan. I'm 26, 145 lbs and have a very physical job. I need some advice for filling my belly and keeping my energy up while at work. I'm really enjoying eating vegan, i just can't afford to loose any weight. I want to gain. Thanks.

My recommendation is to join "Thrive in 30" by Brendan Brazier. He will give you a lot really good advice and educate you on  nutrient-dense, high net-gain foods to help keep yourself fueled
