Can someone please let me know how much one full scoop is for the Complete Whole Food Health Optimizer (Natural flavor)?

There's no scoop in my container and I'm excited to try my first shake but don't want to get the quantity wrong.

Thanks!

I don't know the volume, but I could measure it out when I get home tonight if no one else jumps in with the answer. If you have a kitchen scale, you could go by weight (31g / 2 scoops). Also, I find that when I get the tubs the scoops are often buried and I have to poke around a little to find and retrieve the it. Are you certain that it's not in there?
Oops. That's 61 grams / 2 scoops. But that information is right on the tub, so I'm sure you wouldn't have been fooled.

Whenever I use a product regularly (like WFHO) that comes with a scoop, I always save the scoop instead of disposing of it with the container. It always keeps me covered in case something like this happens. So, next time you buy it and you are fortunate to get a scoop - save it!

I poked around quite a bit and even poured most of it out to look.  Definitely not in there!

Unfortunately I don't have a scale so I'm stuck with waiting for an answer.

Thanks!

Unfortunately this is my first container, so I have no previous scoop. I do, however, have plenty of mismatched measuring cups and could certainly donate one to the cause. But I still just need to know how much one scoop is.

I'll be home in two or three hours, and I'll let you know.
Sorry I didn't do this yesterday like I said I would! Anyway, I weighed out the natural flavor WFHO, and found that 1 serving ( 2 scoops or 61 grams ) is just over 1/2 cup. Maybe 1.5 teaspoons over. A single scoop should be about half of that. It would probably be close enough to just get a 1/4 cup measure and use it as your scoop. My measurements are based on the packed powder as opposed to loosely scooped powder, which isn't how I usually scoop it.
