liquid vitamins

Does anyone have any feedback as to the benifit of taking "vitaplen complete" liquid vitamins. I am searching for a quality liquid vitamin system.I read on the net that Vitaplen  is top notch. I have been a vegetarian for three years and now vegan for three weeks.  Thanks
