share. learn. thrive!
I have noticed an interesting phenomenon when I go to vegan-friendly and vegetarian restaurants: they are serving many people who are not vegan/vegetarian. I am not referring to the omnivore who was dragged by his girlfriend or anything of that nature. It seems there is definitely a degree of curiosity held by the general population. I am very happy about this and was wondering everyone's thoughts.

Permalink Reply by Dominic on April 17, 2012 at 7:21pm I've yet to try that brand. My grocery store doesn't carry it unfortunately. I'll probably order a few cartons online. So Delicious Coconut milk is another one I've tried. Tasted awful.
Permalink Reply by Dominic on April 17, 2012 at 7:51pm Now you're talking. I've taken Natural Factor's Pharma Gaba a few times. Didn't notice much in the way of hgh production since I was only taking about a gram per day which wasn't enough for that purpose. I mainly used it to help me focus better and for anxiety. I don't use it anymore though.
Permalink Reply by Dominic on April 17, 2012 at 8:11pm It certainly wouldn't hurt to try some before going to bed. Just go easy because going too fast on that stuff is no fun unless you enjoy panic attacks.
Permalink Reply by Dominic on April 17, 2012 at 9:30pm The naturally derived melatonin from animals can be bad for you if it comes from diseased or sick animals. I don't recommend taking it unless you know for sure that you have a deficiency and the only way to find out is to do a blood test. If you are deficient, small increments of synthetic melatonin is safer than the naturally derived although it does have side-effects if it's not used properly. The dosage needs to be increased/decreased very gradually.
Permalink Reply by Dominic on April 17, 2012 at 9:42pm I sleep well at night. Just like a baby. Speaking of which, it's time for me to hit the sack.
Good night, sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite!
