share. learn. thrive!

I have been trying to go raw vegan for a year now and I believed that over this year period that I would gain the stomach culture that would carry a handful soaked almonds strait to energy.  Maybe \Vega did but I am now broke enough that I live on my bike not afford much for breakfast except a single serving of sport a week.

Any one else in the same boat as me?  fit active and unemployment

SIDEBAR:I am a Native plant botanist.  In the East its about landscaping and those types of profiteers do not like my ideas about water consumption,
plant selection on to turf or the burning bush, Euonymus alata even if
they are now native.   And So what if my grandma does not like me even
like thinking about me running my reel lawn mower around the lawn.

I'm pretty broke this month too thanks to student loan. But I would think eating the suggested simple to digest foods Brandon mention in Thrive diet would be suffice. And instead of buying the vega epa oil ( or whatever it was called) I bought hemp oil and sesame oil to mix with olive oil. It might not be the proper portions of oils for daily intake but helps when on a budget. I also thought sprouting would be cheap to do at home or where ever you might be staying for the time being or going to bulk food store for grains. Then you can buy what ever portions of grains or pseudograins for your budget. But I do agree it is hard to buy vega products when you are on a budget.
