share. learn. thrive!

I've been meaning to make thispost for awhile now but everytime I'm on the site I seem to forget about writing it...UNTIL NOW!

I have a bunch of tubs of W.F.H.O and am currently using both chocolate and the regular-no flavor one. The chocolate one, which I bought most recently, has a larger scoop than the regular one. Why is this?

The nutritional information seems to be the same though so I am wondering how this can be? If 1 scoop=half a serving then how can 1 slightly larger scoop=half of 1 serving also?

There are two different scoop sizes. For WFHO, the scoop holds 30g. For Smoothie Infusion, the scoop holds 15g. In both products, two scoops equals one serving. It's possible that the scoops got mixed up in manufacturing and you accidently received a small scoop in the natural flavor WFHO. In any case, have a look at the number printed on the handle of the scoop to verify the size and then determine how much you'll need to scoop.
Your observation is correct. The natural flavor has a smaller scoop than the other flavors, because a serving size is smaller. (I'd assume it's because the flavorings add bulk without nutrition). If you look at the tubs, natural has 17 servings per tub, and other flavors have 15 servings per tub. The scoop sizes regulate your serving size.
As long as we're on the subject of scoop size, do you completely fill the scoop up in the flavored ones, or just to the line inside of the scoop?

I am confused too on whether I should fill the scoop to the top or to the line?  I have the Vega Plant based performance protein (Vanilla and Berry = SO GOOD)!

Anyway, where should I fill the scoop to get the 28 GRAMS / scoop OR how many table spoons should I measure?

Thanks all!
