Every day I try to find the best way on how to lose weight quickly and healthy. I just want to wake up one morning and be thin like Hollywood stars. They just look so thin and pretty. It seems like quick weight loss is so easy for them. You watch young moms-actresses lose pounds of weight so fast. And I never understand how they do it. But then I think they have all these trainers and nutritionists that tell them what to do. I just wish that I had somebody telling me exactly what I need to do for a fast weight loss, watch what I'm doing and just help me all the time. But because I don't have anybody I have to deal with my quick weight loss myself. I struggle with weight loss all the time that's why there are some things that I do to help me be thin.
I try to watch what I eat and how many calories I consume a day. Although every time I lose weight after eating healthy, I always put it on back because I mess up. I can go fine for a few days, and then I go to a store, buy some food and overeat. When something like this happens I really wish that I had someone to watch me and stop me from doing it. However, I understand that I'm the only one who can watch me, so after I mess up, I start eating healthy right away. And I don't wait till the next day. I understand that I'm a human being and I'm not perfect, but I definitely should try to be one and eat healthy all the time.
Also, I try to exercise.Well, I have to admit that I don't exercise a lot, but I walk a lot. I use public transpotation because I live in a big city, and I find it a good thing because it motivates to walk. I probably walk 1 or 1,5 hours a day, and I might do some sit-ups at home. I know that I should exercise even more, but I'm working on it and hoping to do it in the near future. So, by trying to eat healthy, not overeating and exercising I have achieved to be the weight I am today. I do want to lose some weight, but I hope someday I will manage it.
