share. learn. thrive!
Hi all,
so i made some energy bars for the first time (mango/coconut), but there's this lingering question on if they need to be refrigerated after they are made. normal bars can sit outside, but as these are made with fresh fruit, i'm hesitant to leave them outside. if anyone has made them, can they give me a heads up on what i can do?
Thanks,
ray

You should refrigerate all seeds, psuedograins, veggies fruit and any processed products you food process or mix or blend. I store every thing in Ball Jars in Fridge or Freezer....
