share. learn. thrive!

Hello all,

Pleased to meet you :) I am new to Vega and bought a canister of the Whole Food Optimizer today. Looking at all of the ingredients, it's looking like it has 100% of the RDI for all vitamins/minerals. My question is, in your experience, do people need to take any supplements in addition to consuming a serving of Vega every day? I don't have a ton of money so if I don't need to be buying additional B12 tablets etc., I will stop and just rely on the WFO (in addition to an otherwise mostly healthy vegan diet). Also, I am not an athlete if this makes a difference.

Thank you in advance!

I'm not sure if you "need" to but I also drink the vega whole foods optimizer and I also take a multivitamin from garden of life which is a Whole food vitamin. I'd say try just with the Vega and feel and see but you shouldn't need it if your not an avid workoutaholic or not meeting your daily allowance of nutrition IMO
Hey Lyght, can you take a vega whole foods optimizer as a replacement for a whole meal like lunch or dinner? Or would you need additional foods to go with it?
Yes you can Frank, I do it often because of my schedule I also suppliment and keep it in small home made pouches in my purse when I failed to plan and pack my meal/s.
