Does anybody know a good exercise routine for someone with CPT-2 deficency?

This site, with a section on exercise looks helpful:

It appears the key is:
1. Not to fast - eat carbohydrates
2. keep the exercise like walking, swimming, biking short - 15-30 minutes
3. Make rest a priority (even when standing for long time)
