anyone here try Cordyceps to supplement training and increase athletic performance? please provide your experiences and dosage amount per day. Thanks!
I am currently using Cordyceps- Jarrow brand, 1000mg per day. I've recently began an exercise regime and began using it to try and help alleviate my asthma. I'm not sure if its the tolerance i'm developing from continued training or the Cordyceps... but I am improving at a faster rate than before.
I intend on continuing use of Cordyceps, although I am willing to try different brands to see if the efficacy is different.
