I'd really appreciate if you guys can give me some suggestions on some foods that are complete vegan proteins?

Permalink Reply by Valerie Giguere on June 20, 2011 at 1:49pm Spinach, Quinoa - most vegetables have the essential amino acids - You don't have to stress over the "complete" protein idea. Eating a plant based diet (whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruit) will supply you with the protein you need (10 to 12%).

i add hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds) to everything :) oatmeal, smoothies, grilled veggies, etc.
and you'll also find hemp protein in the vega sport protein and in the whole food optimizer...
Lots of leafy greens are always a good idea too!
