Hi all!

I'd really appreciate if you guys can give me some suggestions on some foods that are complete vegan proteins?

Thank you!

Spinach, Quinoa - most vegetables have the essential amino acids - You don't have to stress over the "complete" protein idea.  Eating a plant based diet (whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruit) will supply you with the protein you need (10 to 12%).

OH wow...that i didnt know (about being able to spread out the different types of protein thoughout the day and it becoming complete).  WHere do I find more information about this?
THAnks!!! Although I"m not Vegan, I do 90% of my foods without meat.  I do some "no meat days or weeks"....this helps a lot.  Also, I am a personal trainer and a few of my clients are vegan...so I always need to know what to recomend to them

hemp seeds are one of the best vegan plant-based protein sources - easily digestible and assimilated by your body and also give a nice dose of omegas

i add hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds) to everything :) oatmeal, smoothies, grilled veggies, etc.

and you'll also find hemp protein in the vega sport protein and in the whole food optimizer...

Lots of leafy greens are always a good idea too!
