Can anyone suggest a quick snack, apart from purchasing store-bought bars, etc. Is it okay to have the Whole Foods Optimizer as a snack or a meal?  I quite like it, but I want it to be filling, as well.  When I'm stuck, I like to make something quick and not think about it too much.

Thanks so much, Erin! I totally forgot about the energy puddings. Your apple snack sounds good, too! I will give it a whirl!!!

Erin's puddings sound like great snacks. I actually love having nut milk with fresh fruit as a snack too, sometimes with shredded coconut and nuts added in. Raw vegan oat yogurt with olive oil is also a great snack.
I find Veggies and/or nuts are satiating as a snack. I do a 1/2 seving of WFO with almonds sometimes as a snack...

best thing to do that you dont' have to think about it to plan ahead. You should try to have a structured meal plan, so you aren't just randomly snacking. each meal should be planned and purposeful. If you make food ahead of time, you can know what your snack will be without having to think about it.
Bananas are my go-to, quick snack. If I have time, I'll dip each bite in some raw almond butter with cinnamon...yum!

I love dried organic apple rings...yum, yum!! I can eat on those all day! I buy them in bulk, cheaper and last longer.
My super quick snack is a small bag of figs, dates and walnuts. It goes everywhere, it does not have to be refrigerated and no preparation is necessary (except for filling a snack bag).
