Permalink Reply by Jacqueline Park on October 21, 2010 at 10:11pm I used to enjoy sprouted grain bread (like Ezekiel) until I learned recently that I'm allergic to wheat and yeast :(
Now I stick mostly to whole grains/pseudograins like hot cereal, brown rice, quinoa or buckwheat. Occasionally I will eat sprouted grain tortillas, ryvita crackers or dehydrated flax & seed bread (Ani Phyo has a couple of great recipes in her cookbooks).
Hope this helps!
Permalink Reply by Hiro on October 22, 2010 at 6:05am I eat Ezekiel bread and wraps on occasion; they're great. You can also make some raw breads/crackers that are quite filing.
More specifically, are you looking for filing meals (dinner? lunch? breakfast?) or snacks?

Hiro said:Yes I'm looking for something quick for lunch or snack. I've been eating way too much peanut butter sandwich but it's quick to prepare in the morning. I've never seen or heard Ezekiel bread. I gotta check that out.
