Anybody have a favourite recipe for a Vega Sport Performance Protein shake?

Brainstorming for new recipes ideas... anybody want to share their favourites???

1/2 cup to 1 cup of blueberries
1 scoop Vega Sport Berry
2 or 3 dates
6 to 8 oz of rice milk
Optional: a handful of fresh spinach

This is my current favorite:

1 scoop vanilla sport protein
1 tbs almond butter
1-2 tbs raw cacao nibs
1/2 banana
ice
water
unsweetened vanilla almond milk.

soooooo good!!
organic oat flakes plus spelt bran all in plain water sweetened with "honey" . Two or three hours before you start. every 1/2 hour 100 g and a spoonful of the aforementioned bran; every 1/2 hour cause 300 g at a time fill and make your stomach heavy (that´s the only reason why 3 times over 3 hours). As liquid, drink green tea, not the one in powder in the small bags, but in leaves and Gun powder is said to taste best, bring to the boil, then leave to simmer for 5 minutes or else you cannot extract the minerals in it (minerals don´t volatilize no matter how long the liquid boils, just on the margin)...Sweetend with honey...And remember, a great deal of liquid, green tea, water, juices, whatever...
We musn´t underestimate how important liquid is, we´re like a car that doesn´t work without water...If you do all this, you´ll feel fit and be strong enough to do your gym or whatever...
let me add this, Chris, in connection with performance. I recommended " oats " ... 50 years ago, apart from grazing, horses would feed but on oats...They owe their high performance and power to oats...I know many sportsmen, that need to have their oats daily...Find out, it´s worth it.

handful organic pea shoots
handful organic swiss chard

Soooo good post-workout. :)
